Hardware Requirements

  • RAM: At least 16GB, recommended 12GB (Reserved/Fixed)

  • CPU: At least 2, recommended 4 vCPU

  • Disk: 100GB OS

  • Operating System: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 - Standard/DataCenter

Network Requirements

  • The TCP 80/443 port must be opened from the Client and Servers to the ARKSSPR server.

  • The LDAP / LDAPS - TCP 389 / TCP 636 port must be opened from the ARKSSPR Server to the Domain Controller servers.

  • The server must be a member of the domain.

Other Operating System Requirements

  • According to the installation method, if ARKSSPR; (Link will be provided in the installation guide) will be managed with a service account, an account that is a member of the “Domain Users” group is required to run the service on AD (must have local admin authority on the machine).

  • If it will be managed with GMSA, a GMSA account must be created and the account must be checked.

  • If it will be managed with a built-in account, no preliminary settings are required.

  • A Web Server certificate containing the FQDN to be obtained from the local CA server is required. Although it is not recommended at the POC stage, the certificate step can be skipped.

  • It is recommended that the regional settings of the server where the installation will be performed should always be “United States”.

  • For agent access, a new Service Locator DNS record named _arksspr._tcp is required.
