Delegation
The Delegation feature allows a user to delegate specific ARKSSPR operations to another user, group, or organizational unit (OU). The delegated permissions remain effective for the configured duration.
Existing delegations are displayed on this page. Administrators can create, edit, or delete delegation entries.
Add Delegation (User)
The Add Delegation window is used to delegate permissions to an individual user.
To create a delegation:
Select the appropriate FQDN.
Search for the target user.
Select the user.
Select Next to continue.
This step defines the scope of the delegation.
Permissions can be assigned to one of the following target types:
User
Group
OU (Organizational Unit)
After selecting the required users, groups, or OUs, move them to the selected items list to include them in the delegation.
Delegation Duration
This page is used to configure how long the delegation remains active.
The following options are available:
Unlimited: The delegation remains active until it is manually removed.
Limited: The delegation expires on the specified date and time.
