Portal Settings

Portal Settings page is used to configure the features available in the ARKSSPR Self-Service Portal and the messages displayed to users.

General Settings

This section controls which self-service operations are available to users.

• Password Reset: Allows users to reset their password without providing their current password.

• Unlock: Allows users to unlock their account by using their configured verification methods.

• Password Change: Allows users to change their password by providing their current password.

• Hide Support Button on End User Page: Hides the Support button from the end-user portal.

• Hide Settings Button: Hides the Settings button on the sign-in page.

• Username Remember on the Home Screen: Enables the Remember User Name feature on the sign-in page, allowing users to retrieve their username through an LDAP lookup.

Information Messages

• Password Reset & Change Info Message: Specifies the informational message displayed on the password reset and password change pages.

• Warning Message When Mobile Phone Is Not Found: Specifies the warning message displayed when no mobile phone number is available for the user in Active Directory.
