MY ACCOUNT
The My Account page is the first screen displayed when users sign in to ARKSSPR. From this page, users can manage their account settings and update their password.
Change Password
Users can change their current password from this page.
The Generate Password option automatically creates a strong password that complies with the organization's password policy. Users can either use the generated password or enter their own password.
Validation Type
The Validation Type setting defines the verification method that users will use when performing Password Reset and Unlock Account operations.
Only the selected verification method is enabled. All other verification methods are automatically disabled.
Default Country Selection
If SMS is selected as the verification method, the Default Country Selection option becomes available.
This setting specifies the default country code used for SMS-based verification.
Unlock Account
The Unlock Account section displays the verification methods that users can use to unlock their account.
