The Account Unlocking feature allows users to unlock their Active Directory account after successfully completing the required verification process.
In the first step, the user enters their Username or Email address to begin the account unlock process.
After the information is validated, select Next to continue.
The user selects the verification method that will be used to unlock the account.
The available verification methods are configured by the administrator.
Supported verification methods include:
SMS
Email
Authenticator
After selecting the verification method, select Next to continue.
