Remember User Name

The Remember User Name feature allows users to retrieve their username after successfully verifying their identity.

After the required information is validated, the user's username is displayed.

Fields

• National ID Number: Specifies the user's national identification number.

• Domain: Specifies the user's Active Directory domain.

• Phone Number: Specifies the mobile phone number registered in Active Directory.

After completing the required information, select Send to retrieve the username. Select Back to return to the previous page.

Note

To use this feature, Remember User Name must be enabled in Portal Settings, and the required LDAP attributes must be configured in the LDAP settings.
